Whole piece, wrapped in Joselito red wrapping paper.
CONSERVATION
Joselito Salchichón should be stored in a cool, dry place.
PREPARATION
Joselito Salchichón should be removed from its packaging 24 hours before consumption.
CONSUMPTION
To appreciate the flavour and aroma of the Salchichón, it should be consumed at room temperature between 20 and 25 ºC.
TASTING NOTE
Made with noble pieces of Joselito Pig. It has an intense aroma and a great balance of fat and lean meat and with the perfect touch of pepper and garlic. Fresh and delicate flavour, tender and juicy texture resulting from its double mincing. Cured in natural drying sheds and cellars.
