
Ham Cutting Masterclass
ComprarOur workshop is designed for cooking and ham enthusiasts who, regardless of their level, want to improve the art of ham cutting.
The Joselito Master Cutters will teach you step by step how to open the ham, how to cut it and how to store it. After cutting, each participants will plate the ham they have cut.
During the course, participants will cut and taste several vintages of Joselito Gran Reserva.
The workshop lasts approximately 2 hours and includes the ham cutting activity, all the materials, ingredients, drinks during the activity and dinner. All participants will receive a plate of the Joselito ham they have cut.
